About the Role
We are hiring an EA to the CEO to become the CEO’s operational leverage across scheduling, communication, company rhythm, recruiting, investors, customers, and day-to-day execution. This person will help the CEO move faster, stay focused, and operate with more clarity as Clark scales. You will own calendar management, meeting preparation, follow-through, internal coordination, travel, and special projects that keep the company moving. This is a high-trust role for someone who is organized, discreet, proactive, and excited to work directly with the CEO of a fast-moving AI company.
Responsibilities
- Own the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, and meeting logistics
- Manage internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up notes for key meetings
- Coordinate meetings with customers, investors, candidates, advisors, and partners
- Manage travel planning, expenses, and day-to-day logistics
- Track follow-ups and ensure commitments are completed
- Help maintain company operating cadence, including leadership meetings and weekly priorities
- Support recruiting coordination for senior candidates and high-priority hires
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Take on special projects as needed across operations, recruiting, events, and company building
