About the Role
Join our Product Experience team at Mitti by SafetyCulture, a global tech company focused on building tools for frontline workers. You will be responsible for the customer-facing surfaces, including a new customizable homepage experience built around a shared, cross-product widget system. This is a high-visibility role with significant impact.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship customer-facing features end-to-end, from requirements breakdown to release.
- Build and extend the widget-based homepage framework, ensuring reusable components.
- Collaborate with Product Manager, Designer, and QA on testing, performance, and usefulness.
- Maintain a focus on performance, ensuring speed and responsiveness.
- Contribute to technical decisions within the immediate team.
- Participate in code reviews, testing practices, and agile ceremonies.
Requirements
- Strong, hands-on experience with React and TypeScript (or another strongly-typed language).
- Proven track record of shipping customer-facing features end-to-end.
- Demonstrated ability to ramp quickly and take ownership of feature delivery.
- Performance-first mindset, considering component behavior under real load.
- Solid instincts for cross-functional collaboration with product and design.
- Comfort taking feedback and iterating quickly.
- Experience with modern frontend testing practices and pragmatic code quality approach.
