About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Client Implementation Lead to join our team and lead operational transformation alongside platform implementation for a large Japanese client. This role involves leading projects on both the operating model and operating environment, coordinating, managing, building, and delivering cultural change programs in partnership with technology teams, Product Managers, and client teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client implementation projects in designing cultural programs and executing their delivery.
  • Work with the Kraken Transformation Director to navigate clients through Kraken transformation.
  • Collaborate with the Kraken Technologies Implementation team and clients to develop and deliver cultural transformation programs, including leadership development and coaching.
  • Aid in the creation of plans, timelines, and resources required for successful deployment.
  • Track project progress, escalate issues, and resolve blockers.
  • Deliver coaching and mentorship to clients as part of their operational transformation journeys.
  • Prepare and deliver workshop content for training groups and leadership development.
  • Work with the client to identify needs-based operational analysis and translate it into programs for their teams.

  • Can lead meetings and drive forward the development strategy within your domain.
  • Can build supporting slides, Gantt charts, and flow diagrams.
  • Patience to support clients through significant change at their pace.
  • Flexible with making changes to programs and approaches where there is a territory-specific need.
  • Proven track record in leading business process reengineering (BPR) and transformation projects.
  • Expertise in organizational development, including enhancing structure, culture, and processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong background in managing and executing complex projects and programs.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs, and coaching teams.
  • Native in Japanese and business level of English.
  • Must have the right to work in the country of application; visa sponsorship is not offered.
