About the Role
Join Kraken's client delivery team to support North American clients through technology transformation journeys, focusing on new and long-term migration projects. You will manage a tech domain, acting as a liaison between clients and Kraken's technology and operational teams to deliver results and drive innovation.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships with counterparts, including product and business owners.
- Serve as the primary contact for tech development and the escalation point for customer issues within a specific domain.
- Act as the knowledge base for Kraken's functionality and delivery processes.
- Triage incoming requests and communicate client priorities internally.
- Summarize and articulate client needs, considerations, and timelines to facilitate platform development.
- Support the engineering team in delivering product features.
- Challenge clients to adopt new approaches to tech development, emphasizing continuous iteration and deployment.
- Bring technology, people, and processes together to innovate improvements for clients.
- Support clients in adapting to ways of working aligned with Kraken's development style.
- Work closely with product managers and developers to request development needs and act as a client liaison.
Requirements
- Relevant domain experience in Energy, billing systems, CRM, customer journeys, data, DERMS, energy market experience, ERCOT, payments, or commercials at a senior level.
- Strong agile delivery experience.
- Experience with product management and customer journeys.
- Solid understanding of technology and associated trends.
- Experience working with significant complex delivery pipelines for clients.
- Patience to support clients through lengthy transformations.
- Technical mindset with experience in the energy supply sector and customer journeys.
- Experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management.
- Experience managing technical products or projects.
- Proficiency in tools such as Miro and the Office Suite.
- Must be committed to Kraken's delivery approach based on simplicity, client benefit, and efficiency.
- Must be willing to challenge beliefs and see through multiple viewpoints.
- Must be able to reach beyond remit to support the client.
- Must be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and an ever-changing environment.
