About the Role

This IT internship offers a hands-on educational experience, mirroring the responsibilities of full-time IT Operations Engineers. Interns will collaborate with mentors on real-world projects, gaining exposure to system support, configuration, and optimization across various technology stacks.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technology support requests.
• Build and configure Windows and Linux devices.
• Support Windows domain infrastructure.
• Monitor and support systems.
• Optimize work processes using tools like PowerShell.
• Deconstruct technical problems and diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues at desktop, server, and network levels.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• Available to work 40 hours per week in person.
• Knowledgeable of computer hardware components and their interactions.
• Familiar with the Windows operating system.
• Interested in learning about networking, programming, or system administration.
• Eager to help people and solve problems.
• Able to communicate clearly and respectfully.
• A reliable team player with a "no job too small" attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Humble and unafraid to ask questions and admit mistakes.
