About the Role

This project-driven consultancy/contractor role focuses on providing tailored solutions to a diverse client base, with an emphasis on understanding, preventing, and addressing psychosocial hazards in the workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, assess, and manage workplace psychosocial hazards through consultation, focus groups, and data analysis to validate survey findings and determine root causes for tailored solutions.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on organizational psychology topics, including evidence-informed approaches to workplace mental health and psychosocial culture.
  • Design and facilitate training programs and workshops for employees, leaders, and executives to build capability in managing workplace mental health and psychosocial hazards.
  • Prepare clear, evidence-based written reports translating findings into actionable recommendations for clients and stakeholders, including executive and board-level audiences.

Requirements

  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • General registration with the Psychology Board of Australia/ AHPRA.
  • Proven experience using an evidence-informed approach to managing psychosocial hazards in the workplace.
  • Effective written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically, including to remote or site-based locations if required.
