About the Role

Lead the development, design, and delivery of temporary exhibitions, commissions, and collection displays, including associated publications and programs. Develop strategies, schedules, budgets, and plans that ensure alignment and synergy with the Art Gallery's Vision and Strategic Plan.

  • Develop strategies, schedules, budgets, and plans for exhibitions.
  • Ensure exhibition plans align with the Art Gallery's Vision and Strategic Plan.

Requirements

  • Appropriate tertiary qualification or relevant, equivalent professional experience.
  • Extensive experience and proven track record in planning and managing the delivery of exhibitions, publications, programs, events, and activities within a gallery or museum environment.
  • Experience in financial reporting and collection management systems.
  • Ability to apply data to support informed decision-making.
  • Well-developed leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, support, and inspire a high calibre, multi-functional team.

  • Total Remuneration Package up to $202,453
  • Salary Range ($154,231 to $178,369)
