About the Role

Sea to Summit is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their Finance team, supporting strategic decision-making across the APAC business. This role involves partnering with senior leaders and distributors to drive financial performance and provide strategic insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes.
• Analyse financial performance and provide insights on trends, risks and opportunities.
• Partner with business leaders to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Prepare and deliver accurate and timely financial reporting across the APAC region.
• Monitor costs and identify opportunities to improve financial performance and efficiency.
• Evaluate business projects, investments and growth opportunities from a financial perspective.
• Drive process improvements to streamline financial operations and improve data accuracy.
• Support compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations and internal policies.
• Present financial analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• CA or CPA qualification.
• 5-7 years' experience in finance, accounting or a related field.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Proven ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve business performance.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong Excel and financial systems experience.
• Experience within retail, manufacturing, logistics or similar industries will be highly regarded.
