About the Role
Clifford Chance is seeking a Private Equity associate attorney for its PCT & A group. This role involves advising leading private equity houses, multi-asset managers, and various funds on the full investment lifecycle, including M&A, financings, restructurings, and exits. The position requires close collaboration with global experts in antitrust, regulatory, financing, capital markets, and disputes, as well as with funds colleagues to deliver a comprehensive private equity offering.
Responsibilities
- Advise leading private equity houses, multi-asset managers, infrastructure, real estate, sovereign wealth and pension funds.
- Cover the full investment lifecycle, including capital deployment, M&A, public to privates, debt and equity financings/refinancings, growth and structured investments, co-investments, syndications, restructurings, asset management and exits.
- Collaborate with global antitrust, regulatory, financing, capital markets, incentives, investigations and disputes experts.
- Work closely with funds colleagues to deliver the full private equity offering to clients.
Requirements
- Admission to the New York bar is required.
- Submissions must include a resume, law school transcript(s), and deal sheet.
