Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment using multi-meter, hand tools, and computer software
- Create documentation for equipment and/or training
- Repair and maintain MIG welding equipment
- Read schematics (electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic)
- Document changes to schematics/update in Autocad
- Repair equipment on an as needed basis
- Network systems communications through IP address
- Lead improvement projects for equipment updates
- Support maintenance PM program with technical knowledge
- Use knowledge and understanding of basic welding fundamentals
- Understand shielding gas type and ratios
- Confirm circuit continuity
- Calibrate voltage, wire feed rate, and gas flow
- Understand weld fume health impact
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, electrical or manufacturing engineering and 12 years of related experience in an industrial manufacturing environment OR 20 (or more) years of related experience

- $106,880 - $135,000 per year
