About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assembly Technician – Energy Systems LFP Battery to support Energy Storage Systems. This role involves collaborating with a dynamic team, tackling challenges with positivity, and contributing innovative ideas.
Responsibilities
- Support LFP battery production operations to meet production schedules and quality standards.
- Operate testing equipment to perform functional and performance testing of products.
- Troubleshoot product and equipment issues and perform setup on complex functional units.
- Interpret and work from schematics, blueprints, engineering drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs), and functional specifications.
- Analyze production and testing processes to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Production Planning, and Maintenance teams to resolve technical issues, improve processes, and ensure production goals are achieved.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to support new product introductions, process changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train and mentor associates on testing procedures, equipment operation, and standardized work practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or five years of related experience
- Microsoft office experience: Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Ariba

- Experience with SmartSheet
- Excellent communication skills
