About the Role
As the Merchandise Leader, you will support the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the store adheres to AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise includes executing Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and maintaining store readiness through effective replenishment. You possess a keen attention to detail, a passion for visual standards, and a collaborative spirit to achieve team goals.
Responsibilities
- Support driving an outstanding guest experience by ensuring the store represents AEO Brand Standards.
- Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring effective execution of all store areas.
- Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment.
- Identify merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership to take action.
- Ensure the merchandising team prioritizes guest experience.
- Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate team wins.
- Maintain store safety standards in the Salesfloor and Stockroom.
- Commit to shrink-reducing strategies and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Passion for AE and Aerie products.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in priority-setting and time management.
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Strong retail merchandising and visual skills.
- Previous retail work experience.
