About the Role

As a working student in the Sales team, you will be the first point of contact for potential new customers, transforming inquiries into genuine customer relationships. You will manage the entire sales funnel from initial contact to contract closing, ensuring customers feel well-supported throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Contact new leads promptly; inquiries are inbound.
• Identify customer needs and the appropriate financing options through the care insurance.
• Address customer concerns, provide transparency, and outline next steps.
• Build trust and establish relationships with sensitivity and expertise.
• Guide conversations towards closing using established guidelines.
• Document cases in the system, gather necessary documents, and initiate applications.
• Collaborate closely with other teams and contribute to sales pitches and processes.
• Provide updates in company meetings, initiate projects, or take responsibility for specific team focus areas.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student.
• Proficient German language skills (minimum C1 level) for effective phone communication.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills with sensitivity in handling delicate situations.
• Ambitious and results-oriented, motivated by sales success.
• Resilient in the face of rejection and persistent in follow-up.
• Efficient, structured, and reliable work approach, capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Team player with a willingness to learn and collaborate across departments.
• Interest in startup culture, contributing constructively, and adapting to change.
• Previous experience in sales is advantageous.
• Affinity for or initial experience in the social or healthcare sector is a plus.
