About the Role

Join our recruitment team to help deliver a smooth, professional experience for candidates and hiring managers. Gain hands-on experience in sourcing, scheduling, and administration across the full recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with interview scheduling, candidate packs, and other coordination tasks.
  • Help organise and support assessment centres and recruitment events.
  • Provide general administrative support for recruitment projects as required.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment records.
  • Help sift CVs via our ATS.
  • Support the recruitment process by sourcing and reaching out to candidates using LinkedIn and other channels.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and provide summaries/screening notes for hiring managers.
  • Assist with advertising job roles and posting engaging job descriptions.
  • Act as a friendly ambassador for Credera, providing a positive experience for candidates throughout the process.
  • Maintain the recruitment email inbox, moving, escalating and responding to tickets in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Organised, proactive, and detail orientated.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Enjoy working with people and providing excellent customer service.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willing to learn new systems, including Workday (our ATS).
  • Good communicator and team player.
  • Curious, flexible, and eager to learn about recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Some experience in technology or professional services recruitment.
