About the Role
At Miebach Consulting, you will tackle challenging tasks across the entire supply chain. You will take on responsibility in exciting consulting projects from the outset, supported by a comprehensive, individual training program. You will work analytically and solution-oriented on complex issues, developing innovative solutions for our clients together with your team. Responsibilities
- Conceptualize innovative material flow systems as the core of modern logistics centers.
- Develop efficient work processes and define suitable intralogistics technologies.
- Detail the planning and specify performance and delivery requirements in collaboration with architects, planners, and IT specialists.
- Manage implementation from supplier selection through production, construction, acceptance, and commissioning.
- Advance our services and actively contribute to the training of our consultants.
Requirements
- Completed studies in engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field, preferably with a logistics focus.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in planning and implementing logistics systems, ideally with intralogistics manufacturers, in consulting, or with users of complex systems.
- Recognize customer needs through teamwork and develop creative solutions that offer real added value.
- Clearly explain complex issues and communicate and present confidently at all stakeholder levels.
- Strong analytical and solution-oriented skills with a pragmatic implementation focus.
- Willingness to travel flexibly and openly for business domestically and internationally.
- Communicate confidently in spoken and written German and English for regional and international projects.
