About the Role
CLA is seeking an Audit Senior to join its growing Nonprofit industry practice in the Midwest. This role involves planning, leading, and executing Assurance engagements, working closely with clients, assessing internal controls, and developing client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, and execute Assurance engagements to provide excellent client service.
- Work closely with clients and decision makers while performing a wide range of assurance procedures.
- Prepare financial statements and related disclosures and reportable condition correspondence.
- Assess the design and implementation of internal controls.
- Schedule, delegate, and train team members.
- Collaborate with managers/principals to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
- Work with many great clients.
- Develop and maintain effective client relationships.
Requirements
- 2 years of relevant audit experience required.

Salary/Compensations
- Minnesota: $71,000.00 - $124,000.00
- Illinois: $71,000.00 - $129,000.00
