About the Role

We are looking for a Partner Manager to join our award-winning Group Partner Management team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers a fantastic working environment with opportunities for progression and development within a growing industry.

Responsibilities

• Increase vendor sales and profitability by executing business plans, market dynamics, and incentives.
• Improve vendor relationships at all levels.
• Maximize profitability of category business by understanding vendor compensation programs and executing business plans.
• Provide regular updates to sales on promotions, incentives, and other relevant information.
• Collaborate with Marketing to consolidate business messages into campaigns and execute events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, understanding their technology, commercial, and product propositions.
• Facilitate vendor Quarterly Business Reviews and ensure follow-up on outcomes.
• Assess and exploit changing markets, technology, and product releases to drive growth.
• Negotiate favorable commercial terms with the Sourcing Executive to ensure a competitive advantage.

Requirements

• Desire a career in Partner Management.
• Experience working with client device partners is preferred.
• Proven customer-facing/vendor experience.
• Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
• Ability to build, manage, and develop pipeline.
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
• This is a 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover).
