About the Role
We are seeking a Promotion Manager or Staff to solve critical problems for the future of our business and provide value to our customers. This role is strategic in strengthening sales promotion to partner agencies and driving business growth through strategic proposals and building trust with partners.
Responsibilities
- Sales promotion and support for partner agencies, including proposing sales plans and providing sales information.
- Training and sales guidance for partner agencies, such as product training and needs-based selling training.
Requirements
- University degree or higher.
- Sales experience in financial institutions (life insurance companies, banks, securities firms, insurance agencies).
- Valid driver's license.
- Native-level Japanese language proficiency.
- Willingness to relocate (to be decided in consultation).
- Ability to accurately grasp and respond swiftly to requests from assigned agencies.
- Must be able to think and act independently, embracing market changes as opportunities.
