About the Role
Responsible for specialized warehouse tasks in receiving, inventory, customer service, and/or order processing.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and put-away activities.
- Operate RF scanners and TWL system to accurately process orders, inventory movements, and shipments.
- Ensure all orders are picked and packed accurately to meet customer requirements.
- Load and unload shipments, verify quantities, and inspect products for damage or discrepancies.
- Support shipping operations including staging, palletizing, and confirming shipments.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper bin usage, scanning, and participation in cycle counts.
- Follow established SOPs, safety procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Meet and maintain productivity and quality metrics.
- Assist with replenishment and stock organization.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding operational issues or delays.
- Support cross-functional activities as required.
- Receives, counts and records shipment data into the system.
- Matches packing list information to actual packed merchandise.
- Prepares packages/merchandise for storage.
- Record receiving data using computer.
- Pack, unpack, and mark stock items.
- Identify incorrect/short shipped items and immediately notify supervisor.
- Deliver products, supplies, and equipment to designated area.
- Verify computations against physical count of stock.
- Examine and inspect stock items for wear and defects.
- Maintains condition of work area.
- Follows company safety policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to safely lift 50–70 lbs and perform continuous physical tasks (walking, bending, lifting).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including overtime when required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds in a physical environment.
- Ability to stand for periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes.
- Ability to make repetitive movements, such as using a 10-key or calculator, bending, or squatting.

- $20.43-$25.53 Hourly
