About the Role

Part-time Nanny needed for a lower Manhattan family with four young children (ages 6 and under). Responsibilities include childcare, tidying, cooking for children, household cleaning, and family laundry. This is a fast-paced role requiring the ability to juggle priorities, maintain a team-oriented mindset, and remain calm under pressure.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the US
• A clean driving record and drivers license
• A minimum of 10 years experience as a nanny working in private homes
• A well-suited demeanor for working with children pre-school and school aged children
• A schedule with flexibility for evening coverage, additional days as needed to support the family + interest to travel with family domestically, internationally (and stay overnights/late as needed)
• Experience with educational milestones (teaching background would be ideal)
• Exceptional childcare references that attest to strong communication skills, reliability, punctuality, maturity and high emotional intelligence
• Education or equivalent knowledge of ages and stages of child growth and development
• Comfortable working in a partnership/alongside with other caregivers and Mother in the home - never responsible for all 4 children solo
• Demonstrates professionalism and discretion at all times, reflecting the high standards and values prioritized by the family
• Fluency in both oral and written English
