About the Role
IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries. We create intelligent connections to accelerate the development and commercialization of innovative medical treatments to help improve patient outcomes and population health worldwide. This role will lead consulting and research projects related to health economics, HTA, and Market Access strategy, supporting pharmaceutical and medical device companies in evaluating and communicating the value of their products.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of projects related to health economic evaluations, budget impact analyses, and HTA.
- Develop value assessment strategies and lead evidence generation projects using RWD and RWE.
- Manage projects from proposal and study design through execution and reporting.
- Lead the creation and review of specialized documents such as Study Protocols, Model Plans, and HEOR reports.
- Collaborate with experts in statistics, epidemiology, data science, and medical fields to deliver high-quality analyses and research outcomes.
- Provide consulting and recommendations to clients on drug value assessment, HTA compliance, and Market Access strategies.
- Contribute to new business development through client relationship building.
- Mentor and coach junior members and lead project teams.
Requirements
- Knowledge of HTA, health economics, and Market Access.
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks of varying scope and complexity.
- Experience leading project teams composed of highly specialized professionals.
- Advanced writing, communication, and client influencing skills (e.g., advanced presentations, meeting facilitation, workshop promotion, business and project report creation).
- Analytical, explanatory, and problem-solving skills with demonstrated achievements.
- Knowledge of key issues and current trends in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries.
- Extensive experience in healthcare consulting or the life sciences industry, or equivalent academic experience and achievements.
- Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Programming language proficiency: R, SAS.
