About the Role
As an extension of the founders of the company, you will work on the hardest challenges in the business alongside them. Your days are varied but will include supporting project delivery, special projects, financing, hiring, and firefighting.
Responsibilities
- Ensure multi-GW projects are delivered on time and fill gaps alongside construction, procurement, and development teams.
- Solve complex problems, establish new functions from zero to one, and own them until handoff.
- Support complex equity and project financing transactions involving billions of dollars in CAPEX.
- Assist in hiring the team from juniors to executives and shaping company culture.
- Troubleshoot daily problems, such as finding last-minute replacement suppliers or resolving contractor issues on-site.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in high-performance environments (startups, consulting, finance, engineering, military, or similar).
- Demonstrated execution ability across a variety of complex projects.
- Ability to own projects end-to-end.
- High agency.
