About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Barista (m/f/d) to prepare coffee and beverage specialties with passion and provide a high-quality bistro experience for our guests. You will be the point of contact for guests and ensure everything runs smoothly. The bistro is open Monday to Saturday (except holidays) from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Opening hours may vary during events.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of coffee and beverage specialties at a professional level
- Friendly and competent guest service
- Operation of the cash register system and settlement
- Participation in ordering goods and inventory management
- Support with events, catering, and functions
- Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and an appealing bistro atmosphere
Requirements
- Experience as a barista and in guest service
- Ideally, experience with cash register systems
- Very good German and English language skills
- Reliability, team spirit, and a positive attitude
