Responsibilities
- Sets table with cutlery, crockery, linens and glassware as per Holt Renfrew standards.
- Ensures all items are perfectly clean.
- Refills all condiment holders and supplies.
- Assists Servers in delivering orders as needed.
- Refills water, bread etc as required.
- Removes dishes after courses.
- Brings used dishes, cutlery and serving plates to the cleaning station.
- Changes linens as required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 2-3 years previous experience in similar capacity
