About the Role

This position is responsible for ensuring positive guest experiences by managing lift loading areas, scanning passes, and resolving pass-related issues. A Guest Ticket Scanner should have a basic understanding of lift line operations and crowd control.

Responsibilities

• Using pass scan tablet equipment and materials, ensure adherence to pass policies by guests entering lift loading area
• Coordinate with Lift Operations Manager, Tickets/Passes Cashiers, and Guest Services to troubleshoot pass issues.
• Assist Lift Operations staff with crowd control safety standards and protocol in loading area
• Escort and/or direct guests to appropriate department as needed.
• Deliver exceptional service in all guest interactions.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance, adhering to dress code at all times.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in stressful, noisy, crowded, and distracting situations.
• Must be comfortable interacting with both guests and employees in a positive, friendly, and helpful manner.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to sit, stand and walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to stand and walk on uneven terrain, including snow and ice covered surfaces.
• Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach regularly.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
• Ability to perform fine motor skills congruent with operating computers and smart phones.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including rain, sleet, snow, hail, wind, and cold temperatures.
• Must be able to get to and from work in all weather conditions.
