About the Role
The Member Concierge provides a warm and welcoming experience for members, assisting them with information, special requests, services, and amenities to ensure member satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all members and their guests, inquiring if they have any questions and/or concerns and responding professionally.
- Maintain full knowledge of prices, programs, scheduled events, reports, weather, and trail conditions.
- Ensure a neat and comfortable environment in all member areas, coordinating with facilities.
- Perform daily walkthroughs of all members areas to identify and address proactive and reactive maintenance.
- Orchestrate transportation requests from Members, guests, and resort stay guests.
- Oversee and/or complete Member/Guest charges on the day of excursions and driving requests.
- Assist club members with dining, amenity, and excursion reservations.
- Serve as point of contact for members during working hours.
- Attend all member events.
- Oversee entertainment arrival, set up and completion of all.
- Maintain locker assignments, combinations, and ensure locker area is maintained.
- Oversee club support staff.
- Maintain accurate and up to date profiles for all members.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance, adhering to dress code at all times.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in a high-level service role, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with members and guests.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), experience with CRM systems preferred.
- Professional demeanor with a welcoming and personable attitude.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Adaptable to change in a dynamic environment.
- Valid drivers license and no driving violations on record.
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to sit, stand and walk for up to 8 hours.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to stand and walk on uneven terrain, including snow and ice covered surfaces.
- Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach regularly.
- Ability to perform fine motor skills congruent with operating computers and smart phones.
