About the Role

Lead the gym floor and Personal Training teams at a luxurious club, driving the rollout of a new PT model. This leadership role offers the autonomy to shape the fitness product, develop trainers, and set the standard for a premium fitness department, with a significant focus on growing PT penetration.

Responsibilities

• Manage the gym floor and Personal Training teams, including recruitment, training, coaching, and accountability.
• Lead the rollout and delivery of the new Personal Training model, focusing on increasing PT penetration.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, presentation, and upkeep of the gym floor and wet areas to a premium standard.
• Manage the gym floor group fitness class roster and oversee the delivery of education workshops.
• Drive member engagement through the onboarding journey and manage feedback constructively.
• Work within departmental budgets and report on performance against KPIs.

Requirements

• At least four years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the fitness industry.
• Certificate IV in Fitness.
• Senior First Aid and CPR certification.
• Current Working With Children Clearance.
• Proof of the right to work in Australia or New Zealand.
