About the Role

The Concierge Runner supports the Club Concierge in providing a warm and welcoming experience for Club members through a wide range of tasks, serving as a key facilitator between various departments with an emphasis on errands in and around resort properties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining a neat and comfortable environment in all member areas.
• Ensure member restrooms and locker rooms are kept clean and fully stocked, coordinating with facilities department as needed.
• Assist with washing and folding of laundry (towels, blankets, etc.) from restrooms and locker rooms.
• Greet and welcome all members and guests as needed.
• Maintain full working knowledge of resort programs, events, etc. and how to connect guests with relevant resources, including daily knowledge of weather and trail conditions.
• Assist Club Concierge with various errands and tasks as assigned.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance, adhering to dress code at all times.

Requirements

• Must be able to get to and from work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to sit, stand and walk for long periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to stand and walk on uneven terrain, including snow and ice covered surfaces.
• Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach regularly.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
• Ability to perform fine motor skills congruent with operating computers and smart phones.
