About the Role

State Street Alpha Data Service (ADS) is seeking a candidate to lead its ADS, Analytics team. This role is crucial for the Alpha front to back strategy, focusing on data-as-a-service provision and delivering significant data management value to clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and commercialize a service model for Risk & Performance Ready Data, ensuring interoperability with third-party vendors and platforms.
• Implement the client servicing model in collaboration with Alpha Product and Global Delivery.
• Develop an operating and servicing model to integrate the Alpha platform with risk, performance, and analytics tools.
• Engage with Alpha solutioning teams and clients to establish and implement the operational control framework.
• Collaborate with the Alpha sales & Commercial team to drive client awareness and revenue generation.
• Oversee daily operations of client servicing teams to ensure client SLAs and KPIs are met.
• Continuously assess and contribute to product enhancements, software quality, and issue monitoring improvements.

Requirements

• Must have experience managing data in a Front, Middle, and Back Office support environment.
• Possess a strong conceptual understanding of fixed income and derivative pricing models and their informing datasets.
• Prior experience directly supporting Investment professionals is a plus.
• Experience partnering with senior Technology professionals to develop product solutions for improving investment data quality.
• Extensive experience with Financial Services data domains including Security Master, Benchmarks, Positions, Transactions, Cash, Performance, and Analytics.
• Intimate knowledge of Front Office workflows (Portfolio construction, Trading, Risk, Compliance) and the role of investment analytics.
• Knowledge of industry performance and attribution platforms and associated market data providers.
• Good knowledge of Axioma/MSCI/Factset/BBG Port is strongly preferred.
