About the Role
Regal Cinema Transit Center 18 + IMAX is seeking passionate, part-time cast members to deliver exceptional guest service, cleanliness, and a memorable movie-going experience in a fun and energetic environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide guest service by selling tickets, concessions, and working as an usher.
- Handle cash, credit cards, gift cards, and coupons accurately.
- Upsell and suggestively sell premium viewing experiences and the Regal Crown Club program.
- Ensure tickets are sold in accordance with the MPAA rating system and company policy.
- Respond to guest inquiries professionally.
- Operate, prepare, and clean concession equipment.
- Comply with food safety laws and alcohol service regulations where applicable.
- Tear tickets, direct patrons to auditoriums, and inspect packages.
- Manage crowd control and assist guests in finding seats.
- Enforce the MPAA rating system.
- Conduct in-theatre inspections for quality and safety.
- Report any theatre issues to management.
- Perform in-auditorium concession sales.
- Clean auditoriums, restrooms, lobby, and other areas.
- Monitor cleanliness and operation of vending equipment.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance.
- Handle emergency situations.
- Perform general cleaning duties.
- Comply with company dress code.
Requirements
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Weekday opening and/or closing availability is preferred.
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Completion of cast certification program or progress towards completion required.
- Must complete legally required state or local training and obtain certificates for alcohol sales/service.
- Must complete Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.
- Possess good public speaking skills.
- Listen effectively and respond clearly and directly.
- Perform calculations with speed and accuracy.

- Identify problems, gather relevant data, and note possible causes.

- Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
