About the Role

As a Lift Maintenance Mechanic at Windham Mountain Club, you will help maintain, inspect, and repair lift systems, ensuring safe and reliable operations. This hands-on role involves troubleshooting equipment, working outdoors, and participating in on-call and sometimes overnight work.

Responsibilities

• Assists with lift maintenance and repairs under supervision.
• Performs routine inspections and maintenance tasks.
• Uses tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Supports team projects and operational needs.
• Develops knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Learns industry standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Assists with specialized maintenance activities as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand, stoop, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly for an entire work shift.
• Must have mechanical and/or electrical aptitude, skills and experience.
• Must be comfortable working from heights.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including rain, sleet, snow, hail, wind, and cold temperatures.
• Candidates must be flexible and available to work weekends.
