About the Role

Join our Snowmaking team and help produce and maintain quality snow conditions through equipment operation, snow monitoring, and hands-on winter work. This role is available for the winter season and requires comfort working at heights, overnight, and in extreme winter conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain snowmaking equipment and systems.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Monitor snow quality and adjust equipment as needed.
• Troubleshoot and perform basic equipment repairs.
• Safely operate vehicles and equipment.
• Support team and mountain operations as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience or education in construction, mechanical, electrical, heavy equipment, or related fields preferred.
• Able and willing to follow all directions from experienced snowmakers team members.
• Must be able to get to and from work consistently and reliably in challenging weather conditions.
