About the Role
Delta Sonic is seeking Customer Advisors to join their award-winning team. This role involves educating customers on carwash and detail shop services, transacting purchases, and maintaining service standards in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet all customers in a positive, enthusiastic, and professional manner.
- Educate customers on carwash and detail shop services.
- Transact customer purchases.
- Maintain proper cash handling procedures.
- Follow all position-specific procedures.
- Begin training in the Delta Tech position to enhance product knowledge.
Requirements
- Hired into the entry-level position of Delta Technician.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing great customer service.
- A competitive drive with a desire to rank amongst the top advisors.
- Unwavering honesty and integrity.
- Courteous and professional demeanor.
- Prior experience in automotive service writing, customer service, and/or sales is preferred.
- Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions, both indoor and outdoor environments, and extreme temperature conditions.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency.
- Willingness to adapt easily to change.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods.
- Ability to lift moderate amounts of weight.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
- Year-round schedule availability is required.
