About the Role
Capitol District Supply is seeking a Jr. Kitchen & Bath Designer Sales Representative to join their team in Saratoga. This role is an opportunity to be part of a growing company offering competitive pay, great benefits, and advancement potential.
Responsibilities
- Greet and qualify walk-in and phone customers.
- Guide showroom customers through the sales process, assisting with design and product selections.
- Write sales orders, including tracking, scheduling, and coordinating deliveries with Dispatch.
- Acquire product knowledge of showroom brands.
- Support Senior Kitchen & Bath designers with follow-up on completed and problematic orders.
- Learn the 20-20 Design program.
- Respond to calling queues, emails, and phone calls daily.
Requirements
- Sales experience (preferably in the Kitchen or Bath industry) or a background/education in Design.
- Excellent customer service skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively within a team.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
