About the Role

This role is for an Associate Director focused on global cross-sell within the Account Management team. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities where PPRO's broader payments and product suite can solve customer problems and building the commercial strategy to drive adoption at scale. This is a senior individual contributor role with strategic ownership, aimed at building a new function from scratch and achieving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Build the framework for identifying, prioritizing, and pursuing cross-sell opportunities globally.
  • Own cross-sell outcomes end-to-end.
  • Represent PPRO's full product ecosystem in client meetings, executive reviews, and negotiations.
  • Utilize account analytics, transaction data, and market intelligence to identify cross-sell targets.
  • Align Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Regional Operations around account growth plans.
  • Share frameworks, deal learnings, and best practices with Account Managers.
  • Manage your portfolio with full ownership, knowing when to escalate and when to push through.

Requirements

  • A track record of driving net-new revenue within existing enterprise accounts.
  • Experience in strategic sales, account management, or commercial partnerships in payments, fintech, or complex B2B environments.
  • Comfortable building structure in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong data instincts and ability to use sound judgment.
  • Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional, cross-regional teams at senior levels.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are a genuine advantage.
