About the Role

Dedalus Labs is an AI research neolab building infrastructure for AI agents. We are seeking builders to help developers discover, understand, and utilize our products. Growth at Dedalus encompasses developer education, community building, storytelling, and experimentation to connect technical products with their intended audience.

Responsibilities

• Work directly alongside Dedalus’s founders, engineers, and developer community on real growth initiatives.
• Take ownership of projects, talk to users, and create compelling technical content.
• Run experiments, organize programs, and help bring products to market.
• Develop technical content and drive developer education.
• Create community programs, workshops, and events.
• Manage product launches and go-to-market initiatives.
• Execute growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Forge partnerships with developers, founders, universities, and ecosystem communities.
• Improve onboarding experiences to accelerate developer productivity.
• Build internal growth tooling and operational workflows.
