About the Role

This advert is for upcoming vacancies within our ID & Vetting team over the next 2 to 9 months. By applying to this talent pool, you'll be among the first people we contact when suitable roles become available. The ID & Vetting team plays a critical role in ensuring our people can safely and securely carry out their roles across easyJet. The team manages end to end vetting and ID activities for employees, crew, pilots and contractors, helping to maintain the highest compliance standards while delivering a great experience for our candidates and employees. As the gatekeepers of access to easyJet buildings and airport operations, the team plays an important role in protecting our business and supporting aviation security requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Completing vetting and screening checks in line with easyJet, airport authority and regulatory requirements.
  • Chasing outstanding references and supporting candidates through the vetting process.
  • Reviewing documentation and verifying identity and right to work information.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for candidates, colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting the issue of airport and airside passes.
  • Managing sensitive personal data accurately and confidentially.
  • Recording, updating and maintaining vetting information and databases.
  • Performing quality control checks to ensure compliance standards are met.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Experience working within vetting, screening, compliance, recruitment administration, aviation security, onboarding or a similar high volume administrative environment.
  • Enjoy delivering excellent customer service and supporting candidates through important processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and enjoy working accurately within a regulated environment.
  • Can manage multiple priorities whilst working to deadlines.
  • Can be in our fantastic Luton head office 3 x per week.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience handling sensitive or confidential information.
  • Confidence working with multiple systems and Microsoft Office products.
  • A proactive and solutions focused approach.
  • The ability to work effectively within a fast paced environment.
  • Awareness of aviation security, vetting requirements or airside pass processes would be advantageous but is not essential.
