Responsibilities
- Institutionalize CRE team’s portfolio management and asset management process.
- Build and maintain a cloud-based portfolio management platform to process large datasets and support investment decisions.
- Develop data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting tools that provide real-time portfolio analytics.
- Create quantitative investment models for portfolio construction, risk management, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with Investment, Finance, Risk, IT teams and third-party service providers to ensure system integration and data accuracy.
- Utilize data-driven insights to assess investment performance and inform strategy adjustments.
- Support the investment and asset management teams in analyzing certain investment opportunities across the capital structure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Management, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field from a top-tier university.
- 3-10 years of experience in software development or quantitative finance roles preferred.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) required.
- Proficiency in database technologies and data management tools (SQL, NoSQL, Spark).
- Experience building financial applications, dashboards, or analytics platforms.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Analytically strong with excellent attention to details.
