Bellami Beauty Bar is seeking a full-time hairstylist. This role is important, working directly with customers, offering unlimited career growth in education, sales, and business development. We seek someone desiring growth and a long-term career opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Basic knowledge of hair extension techniques.
- Provide an exceptional client experience.
- Perform thorough client consultations and maintain client records.
- Perform hair extension applications efficiently (training provided).
- Strong blow dry skills.
- Engage with clients and resolve customer issues quickly.
- Develop professional skills in client care and hair color.
- Demonstrate integrity and follow through on tasks.
- Be innovative, creative, and seek continuous improvement.
- Provide hair services including installing, styling and blending of hair extensions, blow outs, hair treatments, scalp massages.
Requirements
- Previous salon experience preferred.
- At least 2+ years of stylist experience.
- Current Cosmetologist license.
- Proficient in clip-in, tapes, wefts, and halo hair extensions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Highly motivated and energetic personality.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to speak with customers daily and provide a luxurious experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
