About the Role
A career in horticulture with Programmed offers a pathway to growth and opportunity. Many of our current leaders began their journey as Grounds Maintenance Crew Members and build fulfilling careers through ongoing development. We are currently seeking multiple Crew members across the Greater Western Sydney region to join our mobile crews, working on a variety of sites under the Sydney Water contract. As a Maintenance Crew Member, you’ll work within a supportive team environment to maintain, care for, and enhance customer sites and facilities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, care for, and enhance customer sites and facilities.
Requirements
- A willingness to learn and grow within the horticulture industry
- Experience in gardening, landscaping, or parks and gardens (preferred but not essential)
- A strong commitment to safety, with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards being paramount
- A current driver’s licence
- Reliable Personal transport
