About the Role
Develop and execute semiconductor development strategies for the future of PlayStation, analyzing industry and internal challenges to create mid-term visions and collaborate with experts and stakeholders to realize these strategies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and gain insights into product requirements and internal challenges with consideration for semiconductor and game industry trends.
- Make trade-off decisions across technology and business domains in close collaboration with experts.
- Translate strategies into chip development plans and external partner collaboration schemes, discussing with stakeholders.
- Lead project planning and execution through collaboration with other departments and external partners.
Requirements
- Experience in planning and executing development strategies/plans and schemes.
- Consulting experience focused on customer needs.
- Experience executing projects in semiconductor, IT, or system technology fields.
- Business English proficiency.
Skills
- Semiconductor and computer science knowledge (especially logic semiconductor architecture).
- System architecture design and development experience.
- Experience collaborating with startups and overseas vendors.
