About the Role

As an Account Manager (m/w), you will act as a sparring partner, guiding clients through the digital transformation of their project processes. You will be responsible for the sales of RIB iTWO software, supporting planning offices and public authorities in the North of Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for the sales of RIB iTWO in your sales territory, from initial contact to signed contract.
  • Independently manage relationship building, acquisition, needs analysis, product consultation, and offer and contract negotiation.
  • Long-term support and development of new and existing customers in the North, building strong personal customer relationships.
  • Develop and independently implement own sales concepts and measures for growth promotion in your territory.
  • Conceive and execute regional sales activities, such as webinars or on-site events, and participate in centrally managed events and trade fairs.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Support, Inside Sales, and Consulting to form a competence team for your customers.

Requirements

  • Initial experience in direct sales of software solutions; potentially also in hosting environments.
  • Strong interest in digitalization topics (digital working methods/processes).
  • Confident and professional demeanor at the decision-maker level, combined with strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to clearly and convincingly communicate benefits, added value, and ROI.
  • Proactive, creative, reliable, and eager to make a real impact.
  • Team-oriented approach with a high degree of customer focus.
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 50%) to customers in your sales territory.
  • Very good German language skills (min. C1 level) for the DACH focus market.
  • At least good English language skills at B2 level for internal communication.
  • Construction-related knowledge/previous experience (e.g., from the operational day-to-day of a planning office, creation of service specifications, ...) is advantageous.
