About the Role

Our Summer Analyst Program is a nine to ten week summer internship for students pursuing a bachelors or graduate degree. Participants will be fully immersed in day-to-day activities, attend orientation, receive training, and work on real responsibilities alongside peers and firm members.

Responsibilities

• Attend orientation to learn about the firm's culture, benefits, and responsibilities.
• Receive training designed to ensure success in the program.
• Work on real responsibilities alongside fellow interns and firm members.
• Support clients, research new business opportunities, and assist in developing creative solutions.
• Create deep relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage products, blending client insight, financial acumen, and execution discipline to build and manage solutions.
• Oversee all risks across TxB globally, with a view into all TxB products, new business initiatives, go-to-market strategies, client interactions, regulatory dynamics, and business risks and controls.

Requirements

• Must be pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree.
