About the Role

Lead a talented team of Bridal Stylists in our Toronto Boutique, helping brides find their dream gowns and ensuring the operational and sales performance of the showroom meets and exceeds expectations. Provide brides with a unique and magical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Styling brides daily alongside the team
  • Ensuring the operational and sales performance of the showroom
  • Providing brides a unique experience
  • Managing leave and roster management
  • Managing, progressing, and resolving general showroom and housekeeping issues
  • Communicating with brides, processing sales, and engaging in social media
  • Managing appointment scheduling and completing data entry

Requirements

  • At least 2 – 3 years of previous experience in retail management or leadership position in a related field
  • Previous experience in driving team sales KPI performance with a strong focus on customer service
  • Proven track record in achieving excellent sales results and exceeding KPIs individually and in a team
  • Demonstrated experience in leading a team with the ability to train, manage performance and develop individuals
  • High level of business acumen and financial decision making
  • Previous experience with stock management, inventory processes and stock counts
  • Ability to prioritize, delegate and manage multiple tasks and projects at one time
  • Proven experience in prioritizing a busy workload whilst also delivering a supreme level of customer service
  • Impeccable presentation and written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Ability to learn quickly and retain information regarding new and existing styles
  • Highest standard of attention to detail
  • Intermediate to Advanced Administration & IT skills using Microsoft Office suite and working off an Ipad
  • Work unlimited working rights in the US
  • Provide two recent and relevant referees
