About the Role
As an AI Engineering team member, you will be instrumental in advancing new features and solutions from the Proof of Concept stage to full production readiness, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Execute on the technical vision for development and delivery of scalable, production-ready AI features.
- Refine user stories and define clear acceptance criteria for feature requests.
- Write high-quality, production-ready code and assist in code reviews.
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing protocols, including smoke and unit tests.
- Support the debugging process and issue triage to maintain solution integrity.
- Participate in ethical reviews and risk/security evaluations for responsible AI deployment.
Requirements
- Expertise in Python programming.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Ability to work independently and execute tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in navigating project ambiguities and iterative testing processes.
- Excellent communication skills for documenting and presenting technical details to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
