About the Role

As a Cybersecurity team member in Crowe’s Consulting Practice, your role will be focused on helping clients assess and refine their information security posture, technology implementations, and regulatory compliance. You will develop your Information Security skillset over your first couple of years, working side by side with experienced security professionals at clients around the world. Responsibilities

  • Help clients assess and refine their information security posture, technology implementations, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop Information Security skillset over the first couple of years.
  • Work side by side with experienced security professionals at clients.
  • Share ideas and knowledge with clients.
  • Continuously learn, collaborate across teams, and explore how tools, including emerging AI capabilities, can improve efficiency, insights, and client outcomes.
  • Take ownership of client relationships.
  • Contribute to account strategy.
  • Support the delivery of high-impact work.
  • Develop account leadership, including understanding client needs, ensuring delivery excellence, and building trusted partnerships.

Requirements

  • Willingness to travel as needed based on client or project requirements.
  • Possess knowledge of Information Technology fundamentals, including basic network services, routing and switching, system administration (Windows & Active Directory and/or Linux/Unix), database administration, and cloud systems (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS, etc.).
  • Possess knowledge of Information Security standards and concepts, such as Risk Management and Cybersecurity Governance, System and Application Hardening, Network Infrastructure Security, Access Management, Security Assessments, Security Operations, Compliance with Security Control Frameworks, Federal / State Compliance, and/or Data Privacy.
  • Possess technical writing skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Passion for Information Security and willingness to share knowledge and lessons learned.
  • Desire to continue personal growth through continuing professional education, self-study, pursuit of technical certifications, and mentoring/training less experienced team members.
  • Capable of independently managing time and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences.

  • Act ethically and with integrity at all times.
  • Verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
