About the Role

This role owns the building blocks of global compensation, including the compensation calendar, review cycles, offer governance, and foundational data. You will manage cycles end-to-end, act as a gatekeeper for complex offers and equity allocations, and translate benchmarking, equity budgeting, and dilution analysis into actionable insights for leadership. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for HRBPs, managers, and recruiters seeking compensation guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Run compensation cycles end to end.
  • Act as the gatekeeper on complex offers and equity allocations.
  • Turn benchmarking, equity budgeting, and dilution analysis into leadership decisions.
  • Serve as the point of contact for HRBPs, managers, and recruiters needing compensation answers.
  • Reconcile metric definitions before reconciling numbers.
  • Explain technical compensation details in plain language to non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • Four or more years in people analytics, HR analytics, or a comparable data-focused role.
  • At least one reporting or analytics product owned end to end.
  • Hands-on, current SQL for data pulling, shaping, validation, and investigation.
  • Dashboard building experience in Tableau or an equivalent BI tool with proven adoption.
  • A partner's instinct with system and operations owners.
