About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, hardworking Team member to serve customers at our new Clubhouse Café at Gunnersbury Park. The café is part of the new Community Sports hub and will also double as a social and community space linking into community projects for all ages. This is a unique role balancing hospitality with social and community programs, offering an enriching experience with a diverse range of people and organizations.

Responsibilities

Preparing and serving coffee and tea to high standards
Serving healthy food and drinks efficiently and professionally
Responding to customer orders, questions, and concerns in a warm and helpful manner
Accurately handling payments
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene at all times
Being knowledgeable about our Clubhouse menu
Working collaboratively with other team members
Helping to create outstanding guest experiences
Carry out your role with passion and pride
Adherence to HACCP and all other food safety regulations and COSHH regulations, ensuring statutory requirements are met and all necessary records are maintained
Ensuring safe working with kitchen equipment and that all other health and safety procedures are followed
Maintaining a clean, healthy and safe working environment in accordance with guidelines
Dealing with customer feedback in a courteous, efficient and timely manner, monitoring and evaluating this feedback, making appropriate recommendations and acting for service improvements
Following established protocols for data protection and privacy
Staying informed about safeguarding policies, procedures, and best practices
Collaborating with other team members and departments to create a cohesive approach to safeguarding
Participating in meetings and contributing to the development and improvement of safeguarding policies
Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, including safeguarding, health and safety policies
Ensuring compliance with the Club’s Code of Conduct
Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, ethical and social requirements
Building and maintaining good working relationships both internally and externally, always maintaining a professional image when representing Brentford FC Community Sports Trust
Keeping confidential any information gained regarding the Trust and its personnel
Maintaining a flexible approach to work
