About the Role
Lead Procore's camera and media experience, focusing on photo and video tools for construction professionals. Own the end-to-end media lifecycle from capture on mobile devices to organization across web and mobile platforms. Drive innovation in media capture, including AI-powered solutions, to make documenting job sites faster and more intuitive.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap, prioritization, and execution for Procore's camera and media capture experience across mobile apps and devices, including wearables.
- Drive how jobsite media is organized and surfaced across both web and mobile, making it easy for teams to find, manage, and act on their photos and videos.
- Explore and ship new ways to capture, including AI-powered experiences that make documenting the jobsite faster and more intelligent.
- Partner directly with customers to understand their workflows, pain points, and quick wins, and translate those insights into product direction.
- Collaborate closely with UX and Engineering to define, design, build, and launch media experiences across web and mobile.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform prioritization, guide decisions, and measure impact.
- Define and track success metrics for capture and organization, including adoption, engagement, and media volume.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Experience building mobile and consumer applications is a strong plus.
- Experience with camera, especially reality capture in construction or adjacent industries, is highly valued.
- Ability to ship consumer-grade mobile experiences with UX and Engineering, moving fast in an agile environment.
- Ability to understand how construction teams work and translate real-world problems into user-loved products.
- Ability to turn ambiguity into clarity by framing problems, defining crisp requirements, and setting success metrics.
- Curiosity about emerging technologies like AI and computer vision, and a point of view on industry trends.
