About the Role

This role focuses on the day-to-day operations of UK retailer accounts, ensuring successful product launches and compliance with food labelling and safety standards. It involves managing relationships, handling complaints, and contributing to quality projects and process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of UK retailer account(s).
  • Coordinate and execute tasks for successful product launches.
  • Communicate upcoming changes and summaries to relevant stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with food labelling specifications and artworks for UK retailers.
  • Oversee approvals, labelling, and quality aspects in compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Monitor, log, and report complaints, CPMUs, online reviews, and emerging trends.
  • Coordinate investigations and follow-ups for complaints.
  • Assist with or conduct quality projects, research, and submissions.
  • Involve team members or external bodies as needed for projects.
  • Prepare and maintain records and documentation.
  • Suggest and implement process or procedure improvements.
  • Support site audits (in-person or remotely).
  • Assist in onboarding new suppliers, sites, and warehouses.

Requirements

  • Understanding and working knowledge of food labelling with UK retailers’ specifications and artworks.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and timely approvals.
  • Experience in monitoring, logging, and reporting complaints, CPMUs, and online reviews.
  • Capability to coordinate investigations and follow-ups.
  • Experience in preparing and maintaining records and documentation.
  • Ability to suggest and implement process improvements.
